What is the status of my order?

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information.

I received a damaged product, what should I do?

If you have any problems receiving your order, you can contact us at the following address: (email to be inserted) indicating your order number so that we can take the necessary measures (replacement in case of damaged product).

How do I return a product?

Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? You can easily exchange or return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: the returned product must be undamaged, in its original packaging, with all accessories and instructions included. Any promotional gift received with your purchase must also be returned. Please note: returns are not accepted for orders delivered to a pickup point. For these orders, returns can be made by mail*. The product will be inspected. If it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund.
